NunaMinerals A/S ("NUNA") ("NunaMinerals" or the "Company") announces that on 26 September 2016 the High Court of Greenland has annulled the earlier bankruptcy ruling made in the District Court.

However, the Company is still waiting for further information from the Courts on the conditions associated with the High Court ruling.

Once we understand these conditions and their implications we will be in a position to make further announcements to the market.
