NOVATEK's AGM Approves 2015 Dividends

Moscow, 22 April 2016. OAO NOVATEK ("NOVATEK" and/or the "Company") announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") approved the total dividend payment for 2015.

The total dividend for 2015 will amount to RR 13.5 per one ordinary share or RR 135 per one Global Depositary Receipt (GDR), including the interim dividends of RR 6.6 per ordinary share or RR 66 per one GDR paid for the first half 2015.

The shareholders of record as at 4 May 2016 will be entitled to receive dividends.

The dividend is payable in cash not later than 9 June 2016.
