21 June, 2005 Daily Mail and General Trust plc ('DMGT') Nova stations achieve the No 1 position for All people Under 40 DMGT announces that DMG Radio Australia ('DMGRA') today achieved a landmark,with its Nova stations achieving the number one position for All people Under40 in every mainland capital city across Australia in the fourth AC Nielsenradio survey for 2005.The Nova Network launched its Brisbane station - Nova 106.9 - in April thisyear, and after just ten full weeks on air and still broadcasting out oftemporary studios, has become Brisbane's favourite station for people under 40.In Sydney, Nova 969, DMGRA's flagship station, retained its position as theleading FM station for the 12th consecutive survey. The station also increasedits leading FM share in the crucial Breakfast position with Merrick & Rossoproducing an outstanding survey result of 11.7%* (up from 10.4).Adelaide's leading talk station, DMGRA's Fiveaa again increased its overallleadership position with a dominant overall audience share of 18.6% (up from17.3%), a clear 3.2% ahead of any other station.
