Circle Holdings plc: Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre Contract Renewal

Circle Holdings plc ("Circle")(LSE: CIRC), the employee co-owned hospital group, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the preferred bidder to provide services from the Nottingham NHS treatment centre for a further five years.

The decision to award the contract to Circle follows a seven-month tender process managed by NHS Midlands and East's Strategic Projects Team on behalf of Principia Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group. 

Circle has been running the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre for the past five years as a high-performing day surgery facility, achieving outstanding quality metrics including average patient recommendation of 99%. The previous contract stipulated that the Treatment Centre's services be re-tendered after a five-year period.

Further details on the contractual terms and expected revenues will be finalised in the coming weeks and will be announced in due course.
