21.11.2016 - Report 26/2016: Notifications on transactions on shares of the Bank performed by person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank
The Management Board of Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that on 21st November, 2016 Bank received from person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank the Notifications on the transactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the MAR Resolution. Notifications are given in annexes to this report.
