28.04.2017 - Report 21/2017: Notifications on transactions on Bank's phantom shares performed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank, in connection with execution of the Executive Variable Compensation System effective since 2012, obtained under the Article 19 section 1 of the MAR Resolution

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby passes, received on 28th April 2017, from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank, the Notifications on transactions on Bank's phantom shares according to the Executive Variable Compensation System effective since 2012. The Notifications are attached herewith.
