Report 38/2019: Notifications on acquisitions of Bank's phantom shares submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Bank, in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank on 20th December 2019 received from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank, the notifications on acquisitions of Bank's phantom shares ("Notifications") in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff. The Notifications are attached herewith.
