Felix Group PLC20 June 2006 Felix Group Plc (the "Company") 20 June 2006 Notifications of interest Following the passing of resolutions at the EGM on 2 June and the recent placingfirst announced on 9 May 2006, the Company has been informed by a letter dated 6June 2006 that the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited is interested in14,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), whichrepresents a holding of 7.66% of the total issued share capital of 182,658,226Shares ("Total Shares"). The Company has also been informed by a letter dated 6 June 2006 that UBS AG isinterested in 14,280,228 Shares, which represents a holding of 7.82% of theTotal Shares. In a letter dated 7 June 2006, the Company was informed that Gartmore InvestmentLimited is interested in 8,250,000 Shares, which represents a holding of 4.52%of the Total Shares.
