New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces that David Grigson, who is a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman Designate of Trinity Mirror plc with effect from 1 January 2012. Mr Grigson will become Chairman of Trinity Mirror plc on 3 August 2012.
