Notification pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Circle announces the following changes to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules. Mr. Nicholas Clayton, a non-executive director of the Company, has notified the Company that he was also Chairman of Idaho Natural Resources Corp., a company listed on NEX Exchange in Canada, which has filed a Voluntary Assignment into Bankruptcy pursuant to the Provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Subsequently, Mr. Clayton has ceased to be a director of that company.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
