Record plc (the "Company") announces a series of transfers of ordinary shares of £0.00025 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons subject to lock‑up arrangements contained in an underwriting agreement dated 28 November 2007 entered into between, inter alia, the Company, JPMorgan Cazenove Limited (as Sponsor) and such persons (the "Underwriting Agreement"). Such transfers have been made pursuant to exemptions from the lock‑up arrangements contained in the Underwriting Agreement. In each case, the transferee has entered into a lock‑up deed dated 2 September 2010, the terms of which are substantially the same as the lock‑up arrangements contained within the Underwriting Agreement.

The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 that Steven Cullen, a shareholder in the Company, has transferred by a gift for nil consideration 460,389 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Janine Cullen.

The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 that Carl Beckley, a shareholder in the Company, has transferred by a gift for nil consideration 280,553 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Fiona Beckley.
