Notification of Transfer

Daejan Holdings PLC has received notification of Transfer of 705,000 ordinary shares in Daejan Holdings from Silda 1 Limited a company owned by the Freshwater Investment Partnership of which Mr Solomon Freshwater and Mr David Davis, both directors of Daejan Holdings, are partners to Silda 2 Limited a company registered in Guernsey. The transfer was dated 20 November 2009.

On 23 November 2009 Silda 1 Limited transferred 97.77% of the issued share capital of Silda 2 Limited to Sloane Nominees Limited for the benefit of Mr Eliezer Reicher. The remaining 2.23% of the issued share capital of Silda 2 Limited remains with Silda 1 Limited.

Therefore the ultimate beneficial owners of the 705,000 ordinary shares in Daejan Holdings which are held by Silda 2 Limited and which represent 4.3% of the issued share capital of the company are:

·; Mr Eliezer Reicher as to 97.77%; and

·; The Freshwater Investment Partnership (whose partners include Mr Solomon Freshwater and Mr David Davis, both directors of Daejan Holdings) as to 2.23%.
