The Company announces that on 28th March 2011 it received the following notifications:

Paulo Dias (Person Discharging Managerial Interest)

On 28th March 2011 Paulo Dias exercised his right to acquire at nil cost 146,628 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 18th March 2008 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan.

As at 28th March 2011 Mr. Dias holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 614,648 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights in the Company.
