London, 28 November 2013: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 28 November 2013 that the following director and person discharging managerial responsibility purchased ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of 413.45 pence per Share.
