The Company announces that on 22nd March 2011 it received the following notification:

Filippo Sarti (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility)

On 22nd March 2011 Filippo Sarti exercised his right to acquire at nil cost 121,540 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 18th March 2008 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan.

As at 22nd March 2011 Mr. Sarti holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 714,871 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.07% of the total voting rights in the Company.
