Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

PIK Group (LSE: PIK) has been notified that companies affiliated with Mr. Sergey Gordeev, Chief Executive Officer of PIK Group, acquired 33,024,867 ordinary shares at an average price of RUB175.9 per ordinary share on 9 December 2014.

Sergey Gordeev's shareholding in PIK following this transaction totals 197,488,705 ordinary shares, representing approximately 29.9% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

PIK Group was notified on 15 December 2014 in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R.
