Notification of transactions by connected person of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
Glencore plc (Glencore or the Company) announces that pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, on 1 June 2015, FR Galaxy Holdings S.a.r.l. (FR), a connected person of William Macaulay, a Director and PDMR of the Company, notified the Company that FR:
1. on 27 May sold 7,724,183 shares at an average price per share of GBP2.8749;
2. on 1 June sold 34,347,695 shares at an average price per share of GBP2.7815
(together the Transactions).
The Transactions took place in London.
In aggregate, the Transactions set out in 1-2 above totalled 42,071,878 shares being sold.
As a result of the Transactions, no shares remain held by or on behalf of FR or any other connected person of William Macaulay.
