Notification of Transactions of Directors - 2011 PSP share awards

The Company announces that the following grants of nil cost share awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan have been made on 21st March 2011 to the following Executive Directors:

The vesting of these Share Awards will be subject to the Company's performance over three years, starting from 1st December 2010 to 30th November 2013, measured by reference to two performance tests: Absolute and Relative Total Shareholder Return performance. The Awards will vest on 21st March 2014.
