The Company advises of the following transaction that took place on 26 November 2008:
Michelle Taylor, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company, purchased 2,781 shares in the Company at a price of 106.25 pence per share. The 2,781 shares purchased represent 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this transaction Ms. Taylor has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 17,694 shares, representing 0.015% of the Company's issued share capital.
