Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on 13 and 14 December 2018, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
The transactions arise in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options over Shares granted on 20 May 2016 under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale of the Shares acquired.
