Notification of transactions by Directors
Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that on 22nd December 2014, Dermot Gleeson and Jolyon Harrison, both Directors of the Company, acquired 13,760 and 20,000 ordinary shares respectively at a purchase price of £3.60 per Ordinary Share. Mr Gleeson's and Mr Harrison's current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
