Vesting of Award
The Company has been notified that Christian Chammas and Johan Depraetere have exercised nil-cost options to acquire shares awarded under the IPO Share Awards Plan.
The shares acquired are in connection with the IPO Share Awards Plan that was granted on the 18 May 2018, with the first tranche of awards vesting on the 10 May 2019. The vesting of the awards was subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment.
