The Company was today notified that, following his marriage on 24 March 2012, RS Kelvin acquired an interest in 623 Ordinary Shares held by his wife.As at today's date RS Kelvin has a beneficial interest in 16,537,899 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 39.7% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights.
