MIAMI, April 24 -- On April 23, 2008 Carnival Corporation & plc granted each of Robert H Dickinson, Peter G Ratcliffe and Laura Weil members of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors an award of 2,500 restricted share units representing a hypothetical interest in Carnival Corporation common stock ("RSUs") under the Carnival Corporation 2001 Outside Director Stock Plan.
