Notification of Transaction of Director & PCA
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the company was notified on 2 September 2021 of the exercise of options by the following Director and PCA (Person Closely Associated with a PDMR), under the 2018 Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE"), details of which are below.
The SAYE is an all-employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options are exercisable at the end of a three-year saving plan.
