Laura Ashley Holdings plc ("the Company") received notification on 18 April 2012 from Mr David Walton Masters, Deputy Chairman and shareholder of the Company, that on 18 April 2012, he sold 406,250 of the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each at an average price of 23.5 pence per share. As a result of this sale, Mr David Walton Masters' total shareholding is reduced to 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company excluding treasury shares.
