The Board of DCI has received notification on 31 July 2023 that Mr Jake Hurst, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Mr Sean Hurst, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of £0.0419 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Jake Hurst has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.006 % of the Company's issued share capital.
