NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF A DIRECTOR /PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 28 September 2015 by Peter Cowgill (Executive Chairman) that he had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the Company on 24 September 2015 at a price of £9.28 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, the number of shares in which Peter Cowgill is interested is 1,661,052 shares, representing 0.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
