Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company was notified yesterday that on 10 June 2014 Julie French, a person disclosing managerial responsibility within the Company, sold 40,000 shares at a price of 318.12 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of Julie French is 236,126 shares (0.04% of the Company's share capital). The holdings are beneficial holdings of those named.
