Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
The Company has been notified that the following directors increased their shareholding in the Company due to a release of restricted shares yesterday under the Company's Co-Investment Plan.
Under the rules of the Plan, some or all of the director's 2008 annual bonus was converted into shares and then held conditionally as Invested Shares on behalf of the individuals by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for a period of three years.
