Sophos Group plc announces the vesting of restricted share units (RSU) granted under the Sophos Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 (LTIP) in 2016, the following PDMRs have completed the sale of ordinary shares of 3p each in the capital of the Company (Shares) to cover the tax obligations falling due:
