Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, has been notified of certain shares purchased on 11 June 2020 by John Sievwright, non-executive director.
Mr Sievwright purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in Burford ("Ordinary Shares") on the market at a price of 523.5004 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Sievwright controls a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares in Burford, amounting to 0.0046% of the issued share capital.
