Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified on 24 August 2017 that, on 23 August 2017, Iona Palmer-Baunack acquired in aggregate 2,814 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 183.59 pence per share and, on 24 August 2017, acquired in aggregate 1,900 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 184.56 pence per share. Iona Palmer-Baunack is a person closely associated with Avril Palmer-Baunack, Executive Chairman.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 725,572 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the total issued shares in the Company. Avril Palmer-Baunack also has an interest in 303,923 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the Executive Founder Shares.
