The original announcement advised that no consideration was paid for the shares acquired. This was an incorrect statement. A consideration of 60.25 pence per share was paid.

Notification of Transaction by a Director
On 1 December 2008, the trustees of The Lord Rayne Will Trust transferred 150,000 shares in LMS Capital plc to Robert Rayne. A consideration of 60.25 pence per share was paid.
Following the receipt of these shares, Robert Rayne is now interested in the following number of LMS Capital plc ordinary shares of 10p each:
Beneficially: 7,748,356 (being 2.83% of the total voting rights)
Non-beneficially: 21,682,900 (being 7.92% of the total voting rights)
