Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces that as at 31 October 2018, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 349,459,361 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company currently holds nil ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is 349,459,361.

The figure of 349,459,361 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
