Notification of Termination of Service Agreement

Vitesse Media has terminated with immediate effect the Crowd-Funding Services Agreement, dated 27th January 2014, and as described in an announcement dated 28 January 2014. Vitesse remains committed to leveraging its financial and business media and events expertise to create new revenues from Crowdfunding and the Board is in advanced discussions with an established UK crowdfunding business to form a strategic alliance. Further announcements will be made in due course.

The Board also wishes to announce that further to the leave of absence from the Board announced on 13 November 2014, Jonathan Sumner has decided to step down as a Director with immediate effect.
