Notification of Substantial Shareholdings

Concha plc ("Concha" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company focused on investing in media, communications and technology companies, announces that as a result of the c. £1 million successfully completed placing (the "Placing") announced on 08 August 2013, Mr. Andrew Black and Euroblue Investments Limited each have a holding of 12.86 per cent in the Company. Euroblue Investments Limited is the investment vehicle of Mr. Nigel Wray.

Mr. Andrew Black and Euroblue Investments Limited each subscribed for 100,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company at the placing price of 0.35p (the "Placing Price").

Further, as part of the Placing, Mr. Andrew Black and Euroblue Investments Limited each received 25,000,000 warrants, exercisable at the Placing Price and within an exercise period of 5 years from the date of issue.
