FINAL DIVIDEND 2013/14
NOTIFICATION OF STERLING DIVIDEND PAYMENT AMOUNT
On 21 May 2014, the Directors of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc announced a final dividend of US 2.67 cents per share. The dividend is to be paid on 8 August 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 May 2014.
The default currency for payment of the cash dividend to shareholders is GBP sterling.
Sterling dividends payable in cash will be converted at the prevailing GBP sterling to US dollar exchange rate at 2pm GMT on 17 July 2014 (£1 = US$ 1.71005). Accordingly, the amount of sterling dividend payable in cash on 8 August 2014 will be 1.5614 pence per share.
