Notification of Significant Shareholding
EMED Mining Public Ltd (the "Company") has been advised by Altima Partners LLP that its beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased from 9,500,000 ordinary shares (representing 4.0 pc of the issued share capital of the Company) to 13,325,000 ordinary shares (representing 5.6 pc of the issued share capital of the Company) as a result of on market purchases.
