Emerging Metals Limited Notification of significant interest

Emerging Metals Limited ("EML" or "the Company") announces that they were notified on 5 November that on 4 November 2008 following a transfer of 450,000 shares into a nominee account, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited, is indirectly interested in 20,242,504 ordinary shares in the Company equivalent to 6.12 per cent of its issued share capital.

Previously to the transfer of the 450,000 ordinary shares Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited was interested in 19,792,504 ordinary shares equivalent to 5.98 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
