Of these 2,770,010 ordinary shares, 2,000,010 (3.39%) are a beneficial interestheld by AXA Framlington (2,000,000 ordinary shares) and Sun Life PensionsManagement Ltd (10 ordinary shares) and 770,000 are a non-beneficial interestheld by AXA France. As a result, AXA SA has a beneficial interest in 3.39% of the Company's ordinaryissued share capital, compared with 0% prior to this announcement.
