Included in this figure are: 1. 3, 171,903 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliatedcompany, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (SUTL), and registered or to be registeredin the name of Chase Nominees Limited. 2. 6,735,447 shares neither registered or to be registered in the name ofSchroder Nominees Limited.
