NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

Quadnetics Group plc (AIM: QDG), a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 November 2008 on Wednesday 4 February 2009.
