PRELIMINARY RESULTS AND WEBCAST NOTIFICATION

For the year ended 31 December 2010

Devro plc (LSE: DVO) will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2010 on Monday 21 February 2011. There will be an analyst briefing held at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE at 11.00am, accompanied by a live audio web cast of the presentation.

The presentation will also be available on the company's website for replay shortly after the conclusion of the presentation.
