Notification of Preliminary Results

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2015 on Tuesday 8 December 2015.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10.00am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
