Notification of PDMR transaction
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) refers to its proposed issue of securities announcement dated 25 June 2021 regarding the issue of Executive Chairman Options (subject to receipt of shareholder approval).
The Company has received notification from persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) with respect to the conditional application for 2,000,000 unlisted options (conditional on receipt of shareholder approval) (being the Executive Chairman Options).
