Notification of PDMR and PCA transactions
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) refers to its announcement dated 29 April 2021 and provides an update with regards to the Director Placement Shares and Other PDMR/PCA Shares referred to therein.
The Company has received notification from persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and persons closely associated (PCA) with a PDMR with respect to the unconditional subscription for 269,768 shares (being the Other PDMR/PCA Shares) and the conditional subscription for 1,080,000 shares (conditional on receipt of shareholder approval) (being the Director Placement Shares).
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
