Notification of meeting
All Leisure Group Plc ("Company") has today posted to shareholders a circular setting out details of a proposed scrip dividend scheme and a form of election in relation to the interim dividend of 2.44 pence per share announced on 25 July 2008. A general meeting of the Company will be held on 17 October 2008 to approve the scrip dividend scheme and to authorise the Company to make purchases of its own shares.
