GPG announces that it was informed on 26 July 2013 by MSDC Management, L.P. on behalf of MSD European Opportunity Master Fund, L.P., the shareholder ("MSD") that on 25 July 2013 MSD's holding in GPG increased to 79,606,443 shares being 5.66% of the Company's total voting rights.
