NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company announces that in accordance with the disclosure thresholds it received notice on 31 July 2009 from Schroders Investment Management Limited, that following a transaction on 30 July 2009 Schroders revised holding of ordinary 5 pence voting shares in the Company, comprises 19,204,000 or approximately 5.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
